Exchange-Only Return Policy
At Naked Pup, we’re proud to create high-quality, handmade bandanas for your fluffy family members. To help keep our order process smooth and efficient, we currently offer an exchange-only return policy. Please read the guidelines below for more information.
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges beyond this period.
- We accept exchanges for items that are in unused and undamaged condition, as well as in their original packaging.
- Customized, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defect or damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging.
Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at nakedpupshop@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
- Once you've contacted us and received authorization for an exchange, you can return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for an item of equal value.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. These costs are non-refundable.
